How much does fulfillment cost at DDT Logistics?
Our rates start at PLN 2.50 per 'label only' order (product in ready shipping box) and PLN 4.50 for full pick & pack with protection. Each additional SKU: PLN 0.90. Warehousing: from PLN 1.20/pallet/day. Individual quote after analysis of your operation profile.
What is your cut-off time for same-day shipping?
Our cut-off is 6:00 PM — the latest in the Polish fulfillment market. Orders placed by 6:00 PM ship the same business day.
Which e-commerce platforms do you integrate with?
BaseLinker, SellAssist, Allegro, Amazon, Temu, eMAG, Kaufland Marketplace, Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, and IdoSell. For other platforms, we integrate via API — contact us for details.
How long does implementation take?
Standard implementation is 4-6 weeks from contract signing. The process includes technical integrations, WMS configuration, SKU mapping, and testing. Phased start is possible.
Which couriers do you work with?
DPD, InPost, Orlen Paczka, Polish Post, DHL, FedEx, Allegro One, and eMAG. You can use your own courier contracts or our negotiated rates.
What is your maximum daily volume?
Standard capacity is 2,500 orders/day. During peak seasons, we scale to 4,000 orders/day through two-shift work and seasonal team reinforcement.
Do you handle international shipments?
Yes, we serve exports to the entire EU — Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Lithuania, Italy, Spain, France, and others. We work on client's labels or organize shipping.
Can you handle returns?
Yes, we offer optional returns handling: PLN 3.50 per return. This includes unpacking, quality check, restocking, or forwarding to your team.
