How long does container unloading take?
40' container with 800 cartons/bags: 4-6 hours with 3-person team. Unloading, palletizing, and foliation included as standard.
Do you pick up containers from ports?
We don't pick up directly from ports, but we can help organize transport to our warehouse. Container must be delivered to our docks.
How much space does a typical 40' container occupy?
A 40' container typically contains 20-25 EUR/CP1 pallets (depending on product). We can store them long-term on our pallet racks.
Do you provide EUR/CP1 pallets?
Yes, we supply EUR/CP1 pallets when needed. We refactor them 1:1 at actual market price - client pays only the real material cost, no markup.
Can you handle non-standard cargo?
Yes, we handle various cargo types including cartons, bags (up to 25kg), and mixed shipments. Special handling requirements (temperature, fragility) - individual quote.
